The lucky residents of Norfolk, Virginia are gaining a new cruise terminal. The state-of-the-art terminal is set to open in 2006 and is said to be the new gateway to the islands of the North Atlantic. This new facility will make taking a cruise even easier than it is now.

Upcoming Norfolk to Bermuda Cruises
Though the new terminal is not yet completed, there are still cruises that depart from Norfolk. For a six night cruise, the price ranges from about $900 to $2,500, depending on the type of room you want. The types of rooms which you can choose from are interior rooms, balcony rooms, ocean view rooms, and suites.

Purchasing a cruise package from Norfolk to Bermuda may include shipboard accommodations, on-board meals and some beverages, entertainment, and activities. Most packages may also include port charges and other special deals. Activities on the actual island may not be included in your package.

If you are considering doing some fun things such as water sports (water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling, or scuba diving), then there is probably going to be an extra cost added to your trip. Be sure to allow yourself enough money to participate in the things you want to experience while in Bermuda. Often, cruise ships will give give you the opportunity to link any extraneous charges to a credit card, so you probably wont have to worry about having plenty of cash on hand.
